Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

You may unsubscribe from AssistHub Pro SMS messages at any time by replying:

After you submit an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. We will not send additional SMS messages unless you later provide new consent to receive them.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Service

Consent to receive recurring, marketing, or promotional SMS messages is not a condition of:

  • Receiving services from AssistHub Pro.

A website visitor is not required to agree to SMS marketing communications to submit a contact form, inquiry, or job application.

Where a phone number is optional, a visitor may leave the field blank and still submit the form.

Where a phone number is required for a legitimate operational purpose, consent to receive recurring or promotional SMS messages will be presented separately and will remain optional. Any SMS consent checkbox will not be selected automatically.

AssistHub Pro does not sell, rent, disclose, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent when information is shared for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for such purposes.

We may provide limited mobile information to telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, software providers, and other service providers solely when necessary to:

  • Deliver requested SMS communications;

  • Operate and maintain our messaging program;

AssistHub Pro operates in Canada and India. Our team members and service providers may process, store, or access personal information in Canada, India, the United States, or other countries in which our service providers operate.
